Partial Lateral Eyebrow Defect Reconstruction Using the Contralateral Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Pedicled Skin Island Flap: A Case Report

چکیده

The reconstruction of scarring eyebrow defects is a challenging task for plastic surgeons as the an important cosmetic landmark face. Various methods are used reconstruction; free hair follicle transplantation, scalp composite graft, local flap transposition, and hair-bearing island have been widely reported in past applied according to size position defect. For partial defects, best option use flaps from remaining ipsilateral eyebrow, which characteristics highly similar those recipient site. Herein, we present case orbicularis oculi muscle pedicled contralateral was donor site with good results.
